The Recovery Approach is a globally recognised tool for assisting individuals suffering mental illnesses and distress to look beyond mere survival and existence. Our team of trained experts will assist participants take control of their own life. We empower participants with psychosocial disabilities to use their strengths to identify their unique needs and goals and provide individualised support to access capacity-building, social and community participation services.

We offer respite care services that provide desired breaks for carers to rest and recharge. This also gives participants valuable time away from their families, enabling them to build relationships outside their usual support network.

We provide training programs for nurses and support workers, ranging from Recovery model, health and risk assessment to care planning. We also emphasise the importance of meeting the NDIS Code of Conduct obligations when providing care and support to participants.

We provide training and development activities tailored to individual participants' specific needs and goals focussing on building skills and increasing confidence and resilience.

We offer a wide range of services for the aged and disabled, intending to build their confidence and encourage self-reliance. Our support workers aim to provide a better quality of life for individuals living with Mental Health We believe that every individual is unique, and so are their needs. Our services will be a tailor-made package that could help the people we care for feel better and live their day-to-day lives with confidence.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills is a service that encourages personal development, enhances your independence and increases opportunities to participate in the community. Individuals can work on learning to use public transport, developing skills for community, and normal day-to-day living activities. Our team can support you to develop the everyday life skills that increase independence and control. We provide resources, tools, support and inspiration to help you build up your everyday skillset.

  • Updating your resume
  • Financial skills e.g. saving/ spending
  • Social skills
  • Physical activity skills

Our Forensic mental health team supports people with cognitive impairment by focusing on their strengths and support needs and supporting their recovery journey to help them remain connected with specialist services, lessen the likelihood to reoffending and improve the quality of their lives.

 

We provide support and treatment through the following services:

  • Community-based assessment and treatment services
  • Residential support
  • Community Forensic Disability Mental Health case management –Experienced Mental Nurses, will be allocated to work with individuals providing psychosocial support.

Our team of trained carers are always willing to assist you with your day to day living. Household tasks including laundry, cleaning, personal hygiene, and any other activity you need done will be happily completed by our friendly staff. We can even organise and hire professional cleaners if you need! It is all covered by your NDIS funding.
